🌿LIVE THE REAL TRUTH🌿
Paul, the Apostle, devotes all of his life to walk with Christ. The secret to his conviction: to be a surrendered man who lives a surrendered life serving with a surrendered will. A deep depth of devotion. The commitment of our conviction rests not on how much we strive to do for God, although admirable, but in where our devotion lie as we follow. For Paul, it is in fixing his heart upon Jesus Christ, the one who is crucified in his place.

Love life with God.
How often do we see an elderly couple together where one spouse is struggling in some manner or mobility, and the other spouse is completely focused on helping his or her beloved. A tender picture of death til us part. I will stay with you. I will stay by your side. I will stay to love you to the very end. Likewise, Paul’s heart for the love of his life: I am going to forgo everything else and everyone else and focus only on the One I have given my life to.
The world possesses a disrupting net of cares, corruptions, and complications to distress our way, disturb our day, and draw us away. This fluctuating net ensnares our worship of God and effuses an influx of worry and weariness. The antidote: Fix your heart on Jesus and fasten a place to settle there.

Leave space for God.
Carve time in your day to faith in Jesus. Connect with the Word. Engage a page. A notecard with encouraging verses is more powerful than any notebook.
Cast aside temptations to fantasize and find fulfillment in the world’s net. Disconnect from the world. Disengage from the craze. Chill with the real deal.
Give God a place to move you throughout your day. Leave space to forget what’s around you so You can experience God surrounding you. To be intentional and intimate with God requires an intervention on our part.
Is God worth this interruption? Absolutely. God sent His Son Jesus to die on the cross in our place. Jesus interrupted His life for ours. His interruption is our salvation and sanctification. every.single.day.

Live surrendered for God.
Live a surrendered life that gives God surrendered time. Surrender pieces of your day to abandon the world and focus your heart on the One who interrupted Heaven to find you and stay with you to the very end.
