Have you believed someone and were betrayed? Leaned on someone and lied to? In the external world…..
Truth is a commodity bargained and broken, not consistent and constant. Truth has versions of itself, bitter, better, best, bedazzled. Plain truth is not as desirable as truth with bells and whistles. Truth reinvents itself to accommodate and appeal.
The world breathes vitality into truth as if it were a real person enabling truth to take on a personality of its own.
Truth evolves as time revolves.
Truth corrodes when temperament explodes.
Truth alters if trust falters.
In the end, the world’s truth is merely a counterfeit truth. This is why God sent His Son Jesus Christ to show us the Real Truth. Real Truth in Jesus deepens our life, dedicates our heart, and delivers our soul.

Truth that we discover in Jesus changes us and challenges us to live differently. Jesus teaches us to align our life to His way of life. Our goal is to live in truth, according to God’s truth and not the world’s version of truth. We want to walk deeply in His ways.

Truth that we discover in Jesus cleanses our heart and claims it with praise. Jesus purifies us so we can honor Him by living in righteousness, in a right relationship with Him. We make Jesus our ultimate praise, dedicating all that we are, all that we hope to be to honor Him. We want to worship dedicatedly in His ways.

Truth that we discover in Jesus surrounds us with love and saves us from spiritual death. On our own, we cannot escape the consequences of our sins that plunge us into the abyss of death. But Jesus’ great love for us compelled Him to deliver us by dying in our place on the cross. He rescues and revives our soul so that we can have everlasting life. We want to welcome His deliverance in our lives every day.

The world’s truth pales in comparison to God’s truth. No matter how well the world repackages its version of truth, it cannot offer what God offers. Jesus came to be the Way, the Truth, and the Real Life. Receive the Real Truth of Jesus Christ as the only truth that can teach and transform us to become more than what the world’s truth tells us we can be.
