🌿Believe Truth🌿
Builders. All of us. What we build, where we build, and how we build all matter to God. The entirety of our life is spent building. Our building choices determine how much of eternity we want to bring down to earth.
But wisdom isn’t randomly found or stumbled upon. Wisdom comes from the One who created wisdom and is the source of wisdom: God Himself. God offers all the wisdom we could ever need. He wants us to connect with Him, Living Water of wisdom, that never runs dry.
Wisdom Building. Doing. When we build to honor God. When we build to draw us closer to God. Seeing. When we build with an eye focused on eternity. When we build with a perspective to bring as much of heaven possible here to our home. Thinking. Wise builders build with a firm foundation on Jesus Christ in mind. They plan for the long-term.
Foolish Building. Doing. When we build to satisfy the flesh and pursue empheral pleasures. When we build to please the external world at the cost of forsaking our eternal God. When we build to receive approval from others. Seeing. When we build to conform to a perceived facade acceptable to the world. Thinking. Foolish builders construct a fluctuating foundation based on how much it appeals to the flesh, what the world esteems for the moment, and what results in good, carnal vibes to feel good. They plan for the short term.
