🌿Breathe Truth 🌿
“The Lord, who scattered His people, will gather them and watch over them as a shepherd does his flock.
For the Lord has redeemed His people from those too strong for them.” —Jeremiah 31:10-11
🌿Believe Truth🌿
Words of encouragement. God’s people worships idols and rebels against God. The result is that God allows another group to overwhelm them. Judah will be conquered by the Babylonians who will be too strong for them.

For Judah. Life will change. They will be scattered and sent to exile in Babylon. Families will be separated. Familiar faces will be gone. Fathers and mothers will see their sins affect their children. But the Lord will still watch over and protect them. From their enemy, the Babylonians who are too strong for them.
For us. Life will change. People will come and go in our lives. People will injure and hurt us. Mistakes and missteps will find us. Words that should have been saved rather than sent. Regret will pierce places we thought we could have done better. Spaces we let those in we shouldn’t have. Races ventured forth that led to painful finish lines. Wins that turned out to be losses.

But the Lord will still be our Shepherd. He will watch over us as flocks that need guiding and guarding. He will redeem and rescue us from people and problems too great for us.

Those places where we got lost and couldn’t find our way home. Jesus will find us again.
Those spaces where we were wandered and were wounded. Jesus will heal and make us whole.
Those races where we ran to find comfort and companionship. Jesus will love us more.

Needless where you have battled. Regardless of the scars inflicted on you. No matter how unassailable and strong the enemy and hurtful people are. Jesus will deliver you from your weakness and from those much, much more powerful than you and whose agenda was for harm.
Let the Shepherd lead and love you. To better places, spaces, and races. Where you are valued and will find worth.
Let Jesus redeem and love you in the Real Truth.
