🌿BREATHE TRUTH🌿
Before daybreak the next morning, Jesus got up and went out to an isolated place to pray. Later, Simon and the others went out to find Him. When they found Him, they said, “Everyone is looking for you.” But Jesus replied, “We must go on to other towns as well, and I will preach to them, too. That is why I came.” —Mark 2:35-38
🌿LIVE THE REAL TRUTH🌿
Before sunrise and as the morning dew blankets the hills and valleys, Jesus disembarks to a faraway place to talk with the Father. The first and foremost activity of the day for Jesus is to pray.

Sunrise on His knees.
Jesus. The God of the galaxy. The Creator of all creatures. The Salvation of every soul. The Messiah who is mighty. Early in the morning, Jesus Christ sweetly greets the sunrise on His knees, and He invites us to do the same. How amazing it is that Jesus, who is before all things and above all things, is setting priority the desire and discipline to call upon and converse with the Father. Both the humanity and divinity of Jesus covets time in prayer.

Before we call truth to others, we fill ourselves with truth.
Before we charge out to battle, we conference the costs with God.
Before we convey the Gospel to the lost, we connect with heaven.
Before we change the world, we change our hearts in worship.

Sunrise in His breathe.
Jesus arrives at a serene location to be alone, because sometimes we need a separate place from the world to saturate our innermost parts. Where the cares of God override the cares of the world. Where we can meditate on what God is preparing for us to do next. Where we can forget about the madness of the world and be reminded that God matters more.
Jesus tells Peter His mission is to preach. This is why He is here. Yet Jesus doesn’t go into the mission field oxygen-deficient. Jesus takes time to breathe truth. He inhales the sunrise in His breath, saturating His lungs with heaven.

Saturate your humanity with prayer. Quiet the storms that stir and swirl within you antagonistically.
Saturate your heart with prayer. Quell the worries that weary and war against you.
Saturate your hurrying with prayer. Quit the rush of running the races that ruin your peace.
Saturate your hunger and thirst with prayer. Quench and feed your deepest needs that only Jesus can satisfy.

Sunrise in His spirit.
Jesus reinvigorates His spirit with prayer. Prayer enables Jesus to experience the sunrise in His spirit. He prays before He does anything else. Sometimes we get the order mixed up. But not Jesus. Prayer precedes Jesus’ efforts to reach out and radically save souls.
Work apart from the Holy Spirit is done renegade in the flesh. But work done in the Spirit is led by the provision of prayer in the Spirit. Jesus has a full day of ministry ahead, speaking life and sharing the Good News. These endeavors require a supernatural source of power to change hearts that can only stem from a supernatural God. What Jesus receives in His prayer time before sunrise, He gives away to those in need in his ministry encounters.

Prayer awakens more than just power. Prayer awakens our soul, spirit, and self. Prayer at sunrise divinely directs all of our deeds throughout the day, as we begin to dive into the day.
Pray the Real Truth over your life as daybreak begins. Praise this day as belonging to Jesus. Present your checklist of things you need to get done today to Him. Pour these concerns into His hands.
Prepare to be challenged and changed by the Real Truth. Plan your sunrise each morning in prayer and petition.
