Flight to Finish

🌿Breathe Truth🌿

The  master was full of praise.  “Well done, my good and faithful servant.  You have been faithful in handling this small amount, so now I will give you many more responsibilities.  Let’s celebrate together!”  —Matthew 25:21

🌿Believe Truth🌿

Stages of a day we encounter.  God gives us stewardship of every part and the choices to grow towards or away from Him.

🍃🍃🍃

Flight.  When we embark in the beginning of the day.  Time we’ve set aside for God already.  We get ready to take off.

Falter.  We leave a window or door for sin to slip into our day.  We falter.  We think, consider, see, do things we shouldn’t.  We lose focus of our first Love.

Fight.  We remember who we are, and whose we belong to.  We ask God for help, believe His Word, and commit to recommitting ourselves to God.  We put on the armor of Armor.

Fly.  We spread our wings and rise upward.  We put behind the distractions and discouragements of recent.  We keep our eyes fixed on Jesus, the Author and Perfecter of our faith. We look ahead.

Finish.  We are heading home.  Our goal is to reach our final destination.  Safely and securely in the arms of Jesus.

🍃🍃🍃

No better place.  No greater peace.  No sweeter mercies.  No tender joy.  Than to know that we began, lived out, and ended our journey each day with Jesus by our side.

Times arise where we stumbled and struggled, but we held on to Jesus.  Being faithful in the small things helped us to trust that God would deliver us when bigger battles were encountered.

🍃🍃🍃

Jesus lovingly tells us:  Well done, my faithful and good servant.  Rest well, for tomorrow I’ll be waiting for you.

Claim His call on your life to be a faithful and good servant.  Finish well in the Real Truth.
