🌿BELIEVE TRUTH🌿
Andrew, Simon Peter’s brother, was one of these men who heard what John said and then followed Jesus. Andrew went to find his brother Simon, and told him, “We have found the Messiah” (which means Christ). Then Andrew brought Simon to meet Jesus. —John 1:40-42
🌿LIVE THE REAL TRUTH 🌿
Who we keep company can change the trajectory of our life and catapult us toward eternity or away from it. Children are taught to find good friends. Adults grow up and this valuable lesson can fade from their memory. But Andrew doesn’t forget and what happens next alters his future and faith forever.

Surrounding ourselves with kingdom-minded people sharpens our vision of kingdom living.
Andrew and a friend are with John the Baptist, learning from Him and ultimately, launching from him. A fellowship of faith that focuses on a divine future. As Jesus passes by, John the Baptist identifies to them who Jesus is: The Messiah of the world. Discovering this new nugget of truth completely redirects the course of their lives. In the company of kingdom-minded believers, our vision of kingdom living sharpens its sensitivity to eternity.
🍃
Seeking kingdom-minded people shapens our vision of kingdom living.
“When John’s two disciples hear this, they follow Jesus.” ( John 1:37) Once Andrew encounters Jesus’ presence, he expands his circle of kingdom associates. Andrew then moves from one kingdom circle of friends to another. From John the Baptist to Jesus of Nazareth. Andrew and his friend approach Jesus. The urge to be in the presence of God overwhelms and overcomes the idea that Jesus is a stranger they just met in the street. The two friends devote the remainder of the day with Jesus, gathering and gleaning from Him. In the company of Jesus, He shapes our vision of kingdom living towards eternity.
We have the choice to seek the eternal. As we pursue the eternal, our internal is transformed.

Sharing our vision of kingdom living changes lives.
After seeing Jesus, John the Baptist informs Andrew that Jesus the Messiah has appeared in their midst and is right in front of them. Friends share the message of Jesus with one another.
After Andrew engages the rest of the day with Jesus, he excitedly seeks out his brother Simon to meet Jesus. Family share the message of Jesus with one another.
What happens when we get invited to a feast we weren’t expecting? Anyone can attend this party with us. Do we invite others, or do we go alone and gorge ourselves with food and punch by ourselves? At this kingdom banquet of saving souls that Jesus plans, He invites you and wants you to invite others along. Bring family and friends. Get them together. Give them a ride. Unlimited free food and the living water is at no charge. Use your voice to share truth and alter the trajectory of their lives.
We have a voice to proclaim the eternal. When we proclaim the eternal, the internals of those who hear are transformed.
🍃🍃🍃
Jesus gives us a choice and a voice to make a difference in our lives and the lives of those around us as we endeavor in kingdom living.
We can choose to gather close and closer to Jesus.
We can choose to go direct and more directly to Jesus.
We can choose to grow open and open up to Jesus.
🍃
When we gather, go, and grow with Jesus, He empowers us to connect with Him and to connect others to Him. John the Baptist connected with Jesus and he introduced connections for Andrew to Jesus. After Andrew connects with Jesus, he encourages his brother Simon Peter to connect with Jesus as well.
Gather, go, and grow nearer to Jesus. Connect with a God who sent His Son to give you a truly redemptive choice and voice so you can share the Gospel of salvation to others.
